About

Just what is Mommytime Radio? Mommytime Radio is a fun and informative show for moms, for men married to moms, and for people who have mothers! (Does that cover everyone?) It is hosted by two moms with different life experiences, but with the same opinion that there is nothing sweeter, harder or more fulfilling in life than being a mom!

About Sue

"I knew from the moment I was born, that I wanted to sing" And so, Sue Fabisch embarked on a journey that would take her from New York, to Nashville and places in between. "I would have to say, that my biggest inspiration has always been the word 'no'. As soon as someone said 'no' it would be my business to prove them wrong!" Fabisch says although at this point in her life, she let's many of those "no's" pass on by, it's the early rejection that kept her forging ahead. At the University of Maryland, when the conservative music department turned down her request to have a 'fun' kind of chorus, Fabisch gathered her friends, and a piano player and started her own. The group went on to perform for the Governor of Maryland and eventually toured Europe. In 1989, Fabisch stumbled onto a new-fangled fad called Karaoke, and the rest, she says, is history. She quit her job with Columbia Artists, and opened a full-service Karaoke Company on the outskirts of NYC. Early on, Sue and her partners sold and installed 18 karaoke systems for Club Med. The company quickly became the leading edge in Karaoke Entertainment, and at it's pinnacle serviced 52 shows a WEEK with over 38 employees. She moved to Nashville in 2000, to study the craft of songwriting. Just for fun, Sue started writing songs about the crazy life of parenthood. She debuted the show "O' Mother, Where Art Thou?" at the world famous Bluebird Cafe. Her hit parody "The MOM of Constant Sorrow" found it's way to over 200 reporting country stations here and overseas, and after 35 years, Fabisch was an overnight success! Sue opened up Mommy Music Inc, a record label that is the first of it's kind. It's run by moms, about moms, with songs written by moms. Her first release "The Avon Lady Album" is a motivational CD exclusively for Avon ladies. It is being marketed by Avon Products Inc for their 3 million representatives worldwide. Her second release, "Music 4 Mommies: Volume 1- songs to make you laugh" was most recently a Billboard Magazine Top 10 Comedy hit and was available in stores nationwide, including Wal-Mart, Borders and Tower Records.
